Former Mayor Joe McCourry
The Colony has grown exponentially over the last decade. As we move forward, the city must have proven leadership on the council for the next decade. Robyn Holtz is that leader we need going forward.
Robyn is very involved in family and community as well as being a successful business owner in the ever-competitive insurance industry. On top of starting a family, Robyn's community work includes spearheading the rebuilding of The Colony Chamber of Commerce alongside many of our neighborhood businesses and friends. As a result, the C of C is a leader for businesses and other Chambers in Texas.
Robyn's commitment to everything she does is a testament to the kind of person that The Colony needs on city council. Utilizing her Master's Degree in Business Administration, she has always done the necessary research to provide fact based answers to her customers and friends alike. It is for all these reasons that I am endorsing Robyn Holtz for re-election to The Colony.
- Joe McCourry
Mayor -
State Representative Jared Patterson
I strongly recommend and support Robyn Holtz for City Council Place 2 in The Colony, TX. Since first coming to The Colony in 2014, Robyn has made a significant impact on the community and those around her. From assisting first-hand with the rebuild of The Colony Chamber of Commerce, volunteering across several LISD programs, being involved in her church and assisting local non-profits, she has done it all while running her own business and building a family. She has proven to have the skills and competencies needed to be a great leader, but also displayed the compassion and commitment needed to represent the residents of The Colony.

Eiko Christian - Owner of Rifle Gear The Colony
I want to go on record as endorsing Robyn Holtz for The Colony City Council. Robyn has been a servant of our community since 2014, helping ensure and protect members of our community against the uncertain. Robyn has served as both the President and Chairman of The Colony Chamber of Commerce and volunteers extensively throughout our community. She takes pride in bringing new residents to The Colony and making them instantly feel like part of the community. In fact, she was one of the main reasons I chose to relocate my business, RifleGear, to The Colony. When RifleGear first moved to Texas from California, Robyn helped settle many of our employees and made them feel at home. I firmly believe that Robyn exemplifies transparency, thoughtfulness, and care in all that she does. These are the values that belong on our City Council and I know Robyn Holtz will see to it that they exercised."

I am excited to endorse Robyn Holtz for The Colony City Council, Place 2. Robyn has been a dedicated servant of The Colony through her work with the Chamber of Commerce. I have been a citizen of The Colony for over 20 years and she, through her work with the chamber and as a business owner, has played a major role in the recent growth and development of our great city.
In addition to her dedication to the businesses and growth of this city, Robyn is dedicated to ensuring the success of our local non-profit organizations, both through the Chamber and her business. She has a passion for improving the quality of life of all the citizens of The Colony.
Robyn will bring a fresh perspective to the Council, and I hope you’ll join me in voting for her.

Hello Friends,
Early voting for our city council election will soon be here. Enthusiastically supporting Robyn Holtz, for Re-Election to the City Council Place 2. Robyn has a track record of working to make The Colony a better place for residents.
Robyn has demonstrated she is willing to lead, as well as working alongside neighbors to make our community stronger. Whether it’s leading the Chamber of Commerce to become an asset for local businesses, supporting students and teachers in our local schools, supporting The Colony Police and Fire departments, or working a shift at the annual Soup N Bowl, she’s always first in line to serve the community.
First met Robyn soon after she opened her office here. During our first conversation she asked what she could do to help. When I described our student leadership programs supporting local schools she was immediately on board, and within weeks she was at Lakeview Middle School visiting students and supporting the program.
As a mother of young children, she knows first hand how important recreational and outdoor activities are for families. On a Saturday there’s a good chance you will see Robyn and her husband, Brent, with their children enjoying Stewart Creek Park, or taking in a performance on the stage at Grandscape.
Feeling safe due to having talented and well-equipped first responders, with good streets to drive upon on the way to those quality of life opportunities or local restaurants are what Robyn has emphasized as important to our families and businesses.
Her results, and her vision for the future inspire me, and I’m confident Robyn Holtz is the best candidate to be our next City Council Place 2 council person.

When I first opened my business in The Colony, I remember Robyn was the newly elected leader of the Chamber of Commerce. This organization had been around for years prior, but there was a history of inactivity, complacency, financial missteps, and lack-luster engagement from its membership and with the community. Robyn is a unique leader. I have witnessed first-hand how she thoughtfully weighs different opinions and perspectives to create balanced solutions in the best interest of the organization at large. In short, she cares about doing the right thing and making this community (and world) a better place. She is a visionary leader that is worthy of emulation. I am proud to say the once struggling Chamber of Commerce previously mentioned is now a thriving organization with growing membership much in thanks to the seeds planted by Robyn. Whether it is with her own business or the organizations she represents, the ‘Midas Touch’ Robyn possesses is largely due to her amazing ability to inspire others to step-up and become strong leaders around her. This is one of the many attributes that makes me proud to offer my highest endorsement to Robyn Holtz for City Council Place 2.

As The Colony continues to grow and develop, the needs of our residents and our city government will evolve and expand. To keep pace with these needs while maximizing our future opportunities, we will need leaders with a unique blend of vision, passion, and integrity. This is why Ill be voting for Robyn Bowers Holtz for city council this Fall.
Its vital that we re-elect officials worthy of our trust and deeply invested in our community. Robyn has proven to be a devoted and effective advocate for us all: our businesses, our schools, our neighborhoods, and our most vulnerable residents in need.
Robyn has invested significant time and personal resources into The Colony, making our city a better place to live, work and play. As Chairman of our local Chamber of Commerce, she built a thriving coalition of business owners and corporations that loyally support one another and lift up our community as a whole. Her close partnership with city government has helped her develop an understanding of how local government works, as well as how it can be improved. Her educational background, including an MBA from William Carey University, has equipped her with the knowledge and skills she will need to leverage our local government’s resources into a stronger and more vibrant city.
As a city council member, Robyn will undoubtably continue to create significant and positive impacts for our community. She is committed to soliciting new ideas and different perspectives, weighing the cost and benefits of alternatives, and then developing balanced and beneficial positions that will benefit us all. She’s approachable and engaged, innovative and resourceful, and genuinely committed to governing well. Please join me in re-electing Robyn Bowers Holtz to The Colony’s City Council.

I have known Robyn for most of the time she has lived in The Colony. She is a loving wife, passionate mother of 3 small children, and a successful businesswoman.
